Jenny Rodgers

Human Resources Manager


As the Human Resources Manager, Jenny is responsible for the development and implementation of workplace policies and strategies.  She is also responsible for the day-to-day activities of the business that involve employee relations, recruitment and organizational development.

Prior to joining Air Partners, Jenny worked for several years in Human Resources in the technology, financial services and customer service industries, where she developed excellent skills in interpersonal relations and employee coaching and leadership.  Jenny holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a Certified Human Resources Professional.

Jenny has lived in Calgary since moving to Alberta in 2007.
