Mark Rolston

Director of Maintenance


With experience on over 40 different types of aircraft and nearly 25 years of aviation experience, Mark directs the operation of the Morgan Air maintenance division.


This involves studying technical manuals for various types of aircraft, equipment manufacturers and government regulations affecting flight operations to ensure that company training manuals adhere to legal requirements and are adapted to the type of aircraft in use. In addition, Mark is responsible for ensuring compliance with all company policies as outlined in the maintenance manual and maintaining open communication with vendors and resolving issues relating to performance, cost and quality. Mark and his team have coordinated various quality initiatives and participate on an ongoing basis in the development, testing, and implementation of policies, procedures and standards necessary to achieve company goals and objectives.

Mark was born in London, Ontario and currently resides in Airdrie, Alberta with his family.
